Funeral services for MILDRED GROSSMAN SUPAK,81, of Rosenberg, Texas will be held at 10:00 A.M., Wednesday, June 16, 2010 at Holy Rosary Catholic Church in Rosenberg. Entombment will follow at Greenlawn Memorial Park. Father William D. Bartniksi will officiate the services.Visitation will be from 4:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. with a rosary at 7:00 p.m., Tuesday, June 15, 2010 at Davis-Greenlawn Funeral Chapel in Rosenberg.Mildred went to be with our Lord on June 10, 2010. She was born on November 30, 1929 in Shiner to Henry and Minnie Grossman.Mildred is survived by her husband of 62 years, Milan Supak, their two daughters, Brenda Barton and her husband Dr. Albert Barton, and Cathy Featherston and her husband, Michael Featherston, son-in-law, Phil Bertsch; six grandchildren, Christopher and wife, Sandi, Brian and wife, Katie, Kyle, Shancie, Rachael and Ashley and eleven great grandchildren, Ashley, Lauren, Emily, Lillian, Lawson, Austin, Kiley, Jaren, Chelsea, Jacob and Joey. She also leaves behind her sister, Della DuBois and husband, Jerry, of Shiner and brother Robert Grossman and wife, Virginia, of Houston.She is predeceased by her mother and father, Henry and Minnie Grossman; daughter, Diane Small Bertsch; sister, Ella Truitt; and brother Herman Grossman.Mildred and Milan were married on April 7, 1948. They moved to Port Arthur, Texas for a few years before making their home in Houston. They moved to Rosenberg after retirement.Mildred loved to garden and tend to her beautiful flowerbeds.
