Pat Keenan passed from this earthly life from Wernike Korsakoff Syndrome. His heart, mind, body and soul were released. Pat was a gifted baseball player, self-taught musician, loyal friend, loving son, brother and husband.
Survived by: Justin Williams (son), siblings Michael Keenan, (wife Ann Trentin), Katy Zipprian, (husband Charles Zipprian), Maureen Graf, (husband John Graf), and Kelley Keenan. Nieces and nephews: Carly Graf, Delaney Graf, Chance Zipprian. Love of his life, Teri Lawson Keenan.
Funeral Mass May 20, 2025, 10:00 AM, Holy Ghost Catholic Church 6921 Chetwood Dr, Houston, TX 77081. Condolences may be expressed at Cook-Walden.

Pat, was a really fun cousin of mine. My husband and I really enjoyed his sense of humor and that million dollar smiley face of his. He will be missed but not forgotten.

When I saw Pat's name in the Houston Chronicle obituary section, I wondered if he was the same Pat that I knew as a kid in Meyerland, so I immediately looked at his birthday. (I remembered that he was born one day before I was.) I haven't seen Pat since we moved after my sixth-grade year in '65. We didn't go to school together-- (he was at Holy Ghost, and I went to Lovett) -- but I remember him well from Little League and F.U.N. Football. What a gifted and graceful athlete! It was a major challenge to try to keep him out of our endzone. I doubt that he would have remembered me, but I remember him fondly even after all of these years as a very likable guy in all respects. I know that he will be missed. (Shout out to Mike, whom I also knew.)

May Pat's soul rest in peace. I have many memories of Pat growing up together at Holy Ghost School. He was a friend to both my brother Joey and to me.
