Great working with Paul, not only during my decades with Rowan, but during a sticky issue while he was with Zapata and I a news reporter. God bless all.

Dear Grace and family, Ed and I were saddened to learn of Paul's passing.
We know he is resting with God and that you all have wonderful memories of his love and support of each of you to sustain you.
We think of you often and reflect on the wonderful times we had together during our work on the US Commission on Ocean Policy. We recall with great pleasure the trip to Alaska and the opportunity Paul and Rowan gave us to see glaciers calving, marvel at the abundant marine life, and, of course, catch salmon!
We are praying for him and you.
With our fondest wishes for a peaceful new year for you,
Lillian

Paul was a fellow Yalie and a friend from our Zapata days. A wonderful man, the essence of courtesy and civility. The world needs more men like Paul...

Courteous and soft spoken, observant and knowledgeable, accomplished yet modest - Paul Kelly was a true gentleman. Walking with him across a country field was an education and a delight. He could name every plant and tree and took delight in each bird's identity.
There was not enough time.
Our sympathy to his beloved Grace, Lance JR., Mari and extended family.
