Joan, Courtney and Ashley, I am sorry for your loss. Phil was a great guy and a good friend. We worked (and played) together on a number of deals, the most notable of which was Drypers. What a ride! I am sorry I was unable to attend the celebration of life, but my thoughts and prayers are with you. Nolan Lehmann
