We waved to each other just last Monday as he was getting his morning paper. Mr. Phil, or The Colonel as he was affectionately referred to was the kindest gentleman in Kingwood. As legacy on our street he made every newcomer feel welcome. And we all remember Ms. Jane too. Blessing to the family, God Speed!
