It was years ago that I worked with Rich but I still remember his kindness and the way his eyes shined when he talked about his family. Terri and I had the privilege of working and riding the same oilfield roller coaster for several years with Rich. We deeply regret that we were out of town in this time of grief. I met Rich when he was a young engineer at Shell in New Orleans. He was a hard-working, fun loving guy who always spoke his mind. I have very fond memories of him, and my thoughts and prayers are with his family.

Rich was a great man to work with. I'll remember his smile and his laugh. We shared hunting stories and stories about our children. You could hear his laughter up and down the hallway and it would brighten your day. He always asked about how my family and I were doing. We'll miss him.

As one of the Yonchak girls who grew up with Rich, I have fond memories of hot summer nights playing hide and go seek, cold winter days having snowball fights and countless memories in between! I am so sorry about Rich's passing. I knew him both thru work and on the soccer field. We were friendly rivals in both arenas as he and I worked for competitors when he was at ADTI and his son Randy and my son Jacob have been locking horns on both the indoor and outdoor soccer fields since they were 9 or 10. Rich was always friendly and upbeat no matter the situation and I admired his professional demeanor and competitive spirit. He will be sorely missed by all that knew him. My deepest sympathies to his wife, kids, and entire family.

I am deeply saddened by the passing of Rich. He was a great friend and co-worker who helped me immensley. As much as I respected him professionally, I respected him more as a family man. Our conversations often turned to soccer as we both had boys playing at the club and high school levels. He will be in my thoughts and prayers.

Rich will be so deeply missed by so many he has assisted in the oil industry. I've yet to meet an individual that worked any harder than what Rich did. Rich loved his Family dearly and never a day passed that he didn't mention how his boys were doing in their sports activities. I'll truly miss Rich.
