Robert Okonski Obituary
1928-2017
Robert "Bob" Lee Okonski, age 89, passed away peacefully at his home, surrounded by his loving daughters, on Sun., Nov. 12, 2017.
Bob is preceded in death by his wife, Theresa Kasowski Okonski, parents, Bruno and Victoria Okonski, and parents-in-law, Phillip and Mary Kasowski. He is survived by his daughters: Pattie and husband, Robert; Sandy and husband, Mark; Janet and husband, Greg; and Lisa and husband, Doug. Bob is also survived by his sister, Sophie, his brother, Jim, 11 grandchildren, 16 great-grandchildren, 1 great-great grandchild, and his sweet little dog, Mollie, all of whom he loved dearly.
Bob was very patriotic, loved his country, and proudly served 2 years in the US Army, stationed here in the United States. Bob had many hobbies and interests, including gardening, carpentry, wine making, and he especially loved music, as he was a self-taught musician on the piano and accordion.
Visitation will be at Earthman Resthaven Funeral Home on Sun., Nov. 19, 2017 from 2 pm to 5 pm, with the Rosary recited at 4 pm. Funeral Services and Interment will be held at Earthman Resthaven Funeral Home and Cemetery on Mon., Nov. 20, 2017, at 10 am.

Pawpaw created too many LOVING memories to list. One that I will always hold onto is when he let me share a shooter of Crown with mamaw during the holidays, while she was still with us. I was young, but he gave me that memory that I'll always cherish. Making me feel special and trusted. He provided the best family gatherings on all occassions, by far.
