Services will be held Saturday, November 23, 2019 at Miles Chapel C.M.E. Church, 4315 Lyons Ave. Viewing from 9:00am-11:00am and funeral to follow at 11:00am. Internment Houston Memorial Gardens Cemetery.

Pam and family,
This still seems so surreal. However, please accept my sincere condolences. Royce was such a great person all around. I will truly miss his support of our class and his presence on Facebook. He was always encouraging us and keeping us up to date on things that truly mattered. He loved his Kashmere Class of 81.
