Sarah Applekamp Obituary

SARAH A. APPLEKAMP, born August 24, 1936 passed away September 9, 2007. Sarah was a longtime resident of Channelview, TX and most recently of Heritage Village Nursing Home in Dayton, TX. She is preceded in death by her husband Donald August Applekamp (deceased 1983). She was a member of the St. Andrews Catholic Church in Channelview, TX. She will be greatly missed by her four children: Karen Cox and husband Calvin, Michael Callan, Bruce Callan and wife Jami, Sherry Stubbs and husband Virgil (Pete), 12 grandchildren, Christopher Cox and wife Valerie, John Cox and wife Susanne, Calvin Cox Jr. (JR) and wife Mindy, Roger Meade, Michael Callan II, Angeline Callan, Joseph Callan, Rachel Hix and husband Adam, Carli Wheeless, David Stubbs and wife Stephanie, Cory Stubbs and GW Stubbs II, 13 great grandchildren, Chanel, Chloe, Dawson and Mason Cox, Courtland Crawford, Destiny Owen, John Cox Jr. (CJ), Dillon Cox, Paige Kay, Ashlie Cox, Haley and Peyton Stubbs and Tonya Martin, sister, Louise Landers, step-children, Donald, Jeffery, Dianne and James Applekamp and several nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends. Visitation will be from 5:00 pm till 8:00 pm Tuesday, September 11th at Brookside Funeral Home. Funeral Services will be conducted at 10:30 am Wednesday, September 12, 2007 at Brookside Chapel of Chimes with interment to follow in Brookside Memorial Park.
