Verlinde Hill Doubleday, loving wife, mother, sister, and grandmother passed away surrounded by friends and family on August 28, 2022 at home in Houston after a brief battle with metastatic lung cancer. She was 68 years of age.
A memorial service will be conducted at 2 o'clock in the afternoon on Friday, the 9th of September at St. Martin's Episcopal Church, 717 Sage Road in Houston, Texas.

Dear Bill & family,
Brad & I are heartbroken over your loss. Verlinde was such a breath of fresh air; always with a smile on her face and sincerely interested in others. She truly touched the lives of all she knew, people of all ages. Please know that each of you are on our hearts and in our prayers. May God give you strength and peace beyond all understanding.
