Jacquart, Beatrice F.

Beatrice F. Jacquart, age 89, of 1523 - 16th St. Two Rivers, died unexpectedly Wednesday afternoon, October 24, 2012 at her residence.

Beatrice was born January 8, 1923 in Two Rivers, a daughter of the late Frank and Emma (Rebitz) Aulik. She attended St. Luke's Catholic Grade School and Washington High School, graduating with the class of 1941. On July 3, 1943, she married Francis E. Jacquart in Brownsville, Texas. He preceded her in death on April 7, 2007. Beatrice worked as a clerk for Stangel's Super Valu for 27 years; she also volunteered many years at St. Vincent de Paul Society of Two Rivers, Meals-on-Wheels Program, and also volunteered at the Hamilton Memorial Home. She was a longtime member of the Ladies of Holy Redeemer, now St. Peter the Fisherman; she was also a member of the Two Rivers Senior Center; and enjoyed playing cards & bingo.

Survivors include one son & daughter-in-law, Michael and Debra Jacquart, Iola; two daughters, Ann Marie Johnson & special friend, Steve Bosman, of Sturgeon Bay, and Suzanne Traxler of Verona; one grandson, Brian (Ann) Johnson of Green Bay; and a sister-in-law, Darlene Jacquart, Two Rivers; several nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends also survive. In addition to her parents and husband, Francis, she was preceded in death by a grandson, Kevin Johnson; granddaughter, Cheryl Johnson; two great grandchildren, Noah and Katalynn; her father-in-law & mother-in-law, Eugene and Marie Jacquart; and three sisters, Adeline (Milton) Becker, Sybil (Richard) Engel, and Sr. Humbeline Aulik.

Funeral services will be held at 10:30 a.m. on Saturday, October 27, 2012 at St. Peter the Fisherman Catholic Church, 3218 Tannery Rd., Two Rivers. Officiating at the Mass of Christian Burial will be the Rev. Tom Reynebeau. Burial will be in Holy Cross Cemetery, Two Rivers.

Friends may call at St. Peter the Fisherman Catholic Church, after 9:00 a.m. Saturday morning until the time of mass at 10:30 a.m. There will be no Friday evening visitation.

Memorials made in Bea's name will be donated to the St. Vincent de Paul Society of Two Rivers.

Deja & Martin Funeral Chapels, 1506 - 18th St. Two Rivers is assisting the Jacquart family with funeral arrangements.

Bea's family would like to extend a special thank you to the staff of the Hamilton Care Center for the excellent care she received during her recent short stay there.

Our Prayers for Bea's family. I worked with Bea at the Stangel's store in TR in the late 60s. My mother Betty Stangel was a life long friend of Bea. God bless here soul.
