Dear Family, I owe a lot to Mike. He was the inspiration for the passion I have for real estate investing. He spent countless hours with me in 1983-84 coaching me on real estate investing and managing. He was a great friend and I owe him a debt of gratitude as it was his inspiration that led me to great success. My only regreat is that he was out of town the last few times I was in Two Rivers and I was unable to tell him how much he really did for me. I am proud to say he was my friend and collegue and I will never forget him.

To the Bodart family, Very sorry to see that Mike has passed away. Going to get my hair cut when I was a kid was always a treat. A guy who always had a smile. It was great to run into Mike when I was in town. Always a good conversation. My deepest sympathy to you all. Todd K. Hermann

My thoughts and prayers go out to you Rosemary. Mike was not only one of the greatest athletes to come from Two Rivers, but also . . . . he really showed he cared about everyone and had time for everyone. I was younger than Mike and I looked up to him and respected him for not only the athlete that he was but also the person that he was. He is definitely in my "Hall of Fame"!
God Bless!

Mike was a member of Kiwanis from 1982. As Secretary of Mike's Kiwanis Club here in Two Rivers, I remember his willingness to help all the time. He served on our Board of Directors for three years and the Fish Derby Committee. I enjoyed Mike and will miss him.
