Robert Levendoski Obituary

Levendoski, Robert P.

Robert P. Levendoski, age 64, a resident of Manitowoc, entered into eternal life on Monday, December 10, 2012 at his residence.

Bob was born on August 17, 1948 in Manitowoc to Marion Levendoski Gossen and the late Walter Levendoski. He graduated from Lincoln High School with the class of 1967. Bob had served in the United States Army in Germany from 1971 until his honorable discharge in 1972. He was employed with Manitowoc Company until his retirement in 2010. Bob enjoyed spending his time restoring old sports cars, collecting records, watching movies, going to rummage sales, and spending time with his family.

Survivors include Bob's two daughters: Jill (Charlie) Benson, Plymouth; and Angela Levendoski, Manitowoc; mother: Marion Gossen, Manitowoc; three brothers and two sisters-in-law: James N. (Cheryl) Levendoski, Ocala, FL; Donald Levendoski, Manitowoc; and Gary (Mary) Levendoski, Manitowoc; two sisters and two brothers-in-law: Joann (Bob) Hanson, Manitowoc; and Mary (Peter) Tegelman, Manitowoc; also nieces, nephews, uncles, aunts, other relatives and friends. Bob was preceded in death by his father: Walter A. Levendoski; step father: Lloyd Gossen; and a special aunt: Grace Vetter.

In respect with Bob's wishes, a private memorial service was held at the Harrigan Parkside Funeral Home on Friday, December 14, 2012. Rev. Dave Pleier officiated and military rites were accorded by Vietnam Veterans of America Chapter 731. Online condolences may be sent to www.harriganparksidefuneralhome.com

The Harrigan Parkside Funeral Home and Crematory, N. 11th and St. Clair streets, Manitowoc assisted the family with funeral arrangements.

Bob was a wonderful father and brother and will be deeply missed by all.
