Sarasota, FL - Sandra Barbara Coenen, age 76, of Sarasota, Florida, died peacefully on October 28, 2020, at Tidewell Hospice in Bradenton, Florida.

Sandra was born on September 16, 1944, in Two Rivers, daughter of the late Benedict and Gladys (Panure) Coenen. She attended school in Two Rivers and graduated from Washington High School. She was a long-time employee at Fisher-Hamilton. Sandra enjoyed bowling and helped raise her grandson. They would take trips to various museums, other trips out of town, and attend Brewer games with time for tailgating.

In August 2009, Sandra finished her job at Fisher-Hamilton and then moved to Sarasota, Florida with Keith Libal. On December 26, 2009 Keith and Sandra were married in Las Vegas, Nevada. Sandra worked as a housekeeper in Florida until her retirement. Keith and Sandra enjoyed taking mini-gambling vacations to Biloxi, Mississippi for fun.

Survivors include her husband, Keith Libal of Sarasota, Florida; daughter, Leah (Jim) Hartman of Manitowoc; and grandson, Ry Hallada of Prague, Czech Republic.

She is further survived by her sister, Judi Bodwin of Two Rivers; brother, Dale Coenen of Mishicot; sisters-in-law, Elaine Coenen and Donna Coenen, both of Two Rivers; brother-in-law, Donald Koch of Two Rivers; and nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.

In addition to her parents, Sandra was preceded in death by Richard Hallada; sisters, Catherine Coenen and Doris Koch; brothers, Wesley (Winnie) Coenen, Emmet (Ruth) Coenen, Kenneth (Jean) Coenen, Francis (Ruth) Coenen, and Raymond Coenen; sister-in-law, Gail Coenen; and brother-in-law, William Bodwin.

Cremation has taken place in Florida. The Harrigan Parkside Funeral Home and Crematory is assisting the family with private burial in Holy Cross Cemetery, Two Rivers. Online condolences to the family may be sent to

I have many memories of Sandra and the time we spent together at Tannery School. Also the summers we spent at each others homes. May God bless her family and give comfort in this time of grief.
