Carol Honey Obituary

Carol Adin Honey went home to be with God, the morning of August 6, 2007. Carol was born in Ontario, Ore., March 30, 1928. The eldest of five children, he is survived by his sister, Ramona Mertz; his wife of 28 years, Ellen; her children, Diana Chasse and Daniel Chasse, who he raised; his first wife, Darlene, and their three daughters, Carolyn Dietrich, Sandra Kinder, and Valerie Kelley (his daughter, Marilyn Kinney, died of cancer 14 years ago); nine grandchildren, 16 great-grandchildren, one great-great-granddaughter and many nieces and nephews.
Carol served in the Air Force.
After working for 26 years at Hughes Aircraft as an electronic designer, where he worked on space-related programs, Carol retired and opened a TV repair shop. He also founded and operated the first school approved by the California State Board of Education where he taught hypnotism theory and trained hypnotists. Many hypnosis centers still use his course today to train hypnotists.
The study of UFOs was a passion throughout his life. He published a UFO newsletter, was a ghost writer of George Adamski's publications, including his book Flying Saucers Farewell. He also published his own books: The Origin of the World Religions, The UFO Situation Today, The Great UFO Deception, and Flying Saucers-5O years Later.
Carol was a loving man who will be missed by all who knew him. Grave side services will be held Friday Aug. 17, at 3 p.m. at the Boise V.A. Cemetery.

I'm very sorry to hear of the passing of Mr Honey. I found out about this while researching him for an article I was going to write for my on-line magazine. I learned that he worked with Mr Adamski for many years and was interested in contacting him for additional information. Again, I am very sorry for his passing.
