Cody Thomas Jacobs

1984 - 2021

Nampa - Cody Thomas Jacobs, 37, of Nampa, ID joined the angels on October 18, 2021. Born in Boise, ID on February 28, 1984 to parents Loreli Brandt and Jerry Jacobs. He graduated from Mountain Home High School and later married Krystal Kilgore. They had only four legged children, and divorced.

From an early age Cody had to know how things worked, forever tearing them down and putting them back together. He loved to build with his hands. He worked in the masonry field with TMC. To know him was to love him. His playful, goofy, caring soul! He loved karate and music. There isn't a time he didn't share a song that I remember. He connected deeply through song. He loved animals and kids. His truck. He enjoyed deep conversations and simple moments in time. He gave you pieces of himself selflessly. Loving and living, always. The outdoors held a special place for him. The riverbank, the stars, tailgate of his truck, camping, fishing, hunting. He loved it all. Taking in all those moments offered.

Cody is survived by his mom, stepdad, and sister. Along with numerous cousins, family members and friends. Fly free! We love you.

A Celebration of Life will be Saturday, October 30, 2021 at 4pm. Please direct flowers/donations to Cloverdale Funeral Home. We are doing a potluck gathering. Please bring a dish to share.
