We met Craig and Lynne many years ago at Cole Community Church. Much later we moved into the same neighborhood and enjoyed their fellowship and friendship. Craig was much more than a friend; he was also a mentor! He challenged our thinking and beliefs with grace and often patience. Our move to Texas did not diminish our contacts with him as we enjoyed many telephone conversations in those two years being away. Our sympathies to the family, may God comfort and strengthen you all.

Losing parents is such a mix of emotions for believers. I met your mom in women´s Bible study at Cole. She was a strong believer, warm, intelligent, welcoming, fun, and down to earth. Your dad helped my husband and me with our wills in 1978. He suggested we add a codicil that would bypass probate, which we did. In 2000 my husband died. The holder of his IRA was based in another state and was insisting on probate. Your dad wrote 2 letters with the second one resulting in the transfer of the IRA to me without probate. Your dad was so kind to me when I needed to talk with him about it. He also chose to give freely of his time because he knew I was in financial limbo. I so appreciated his generosity and kindness. Praying for you and your family. Debby Peterson
