Vickie and family, I am so sorry for your loss. I have been in a support group with Doug for Myelofibrosis for many years. We would meet monthly, and Doug was always so cheerful. We recently turned the group over to LLS, and I had not been attending, so I hadn't seen Doug for about 6 months. On August 18, I received a call from Doug. He had called the wrong number. I told him it was me, and we had a nice long chat. I am glad he called the wrong number, so I had the opportunity to chat one more time. Doug was a great guy.
