LeRoy Charles Murray, 75, of Caldwell, passed away unexpectedly on Wednesday, July 29, 2015 at West Valley Medical Center.
LeRoy was born on October 17, 1939 to Mr. and Mrs. Archie Murray in Nampa, ID. He graduated from Nampa High School in 1958. He worked for the railroad for approximately ten years and then decided to build things so he started in the masonry business and continued this work until his health failed. LeRoy was a hard worker all his life and excelled in most things he undertook.
LeRoy met and married his soul mate, Rae Dean Easterling and they spent the next 22 years together. Some of the happiest times were working on the cabin in Cascade and going to BSU games.
LeRoy was an avid SF 49'r fan, never giving up on them and he also loved the BSU Broncos even before it became Boise State. LeRoy had many interests such as dirt biking, bowling in leagues for years, hunting and fishing. He was a member of the Fraternal Order of Eagles since 1992 and was a prior member in California for approximately 10 years. He lived life to the fullest, until his body got tired letting him know a time for rest had come.
He is preceded in death by his parents, 4 brothers and two sisters. LeRoy is survived by his wife, Rae Dean; a son, Michael Murray; daughters, Dana White and Paige Richmond Dillon; grandson, Hunter Sedillo; granddaughter, Bobbie Herbner; great granddaughter, Tia King; brothers-in-law, Paul Stuart and Bob Stuart; sisters-in-law, Georgia (Stan) Nelson and Minnie Cox. He is also survived by his good friends, Teddy and Sherry Zahradnicek and Kevin White. There are just too many good friends to mention. The family wishes to thank Dr. Jocelle Skinner and Dr. Bathina for their excellent care of LeRoy.
