Norman Fuller Obituary

Meridian - Norman G. Fuller, 98, of Meridian, Idaho, passed away peacefully on November 27, 2025. Born on March 5, 1927, in Emmett, Idaho, Norman was the youngest of nine children of Fred and Margaret Fuller.

In December 1944, at just 17 years old, Norman answered the call to serve his country and enlisted in the U.S. Navy. After completing boot camp, he was stationed Hawaii-a place that held a special place in his heart and one he would return to many times throughout his life.

Following his military service, Norman married the love of his life, Delores. Together, they built a beautiful life and raised five children: Jack, Karen, Dee Ann, Shannon, and Chuck.

Norman was a true entrepreneur whose vision and determination helped shape the communities he developed. In the early years of his marriage, he worked alongside his brother, Charles, in the woods-operating a TD21 Caterpillar to pioneer roads, skidding logs, and driving a logging truck. Norman continued trucking until 1968, when he purchased his first mint farm. This venture became the foundation for his transition into real estate development and homebuilding. Among his many achievements, one of his proudest was the development of the Meridian Greens subdivision in Meridian, Idaho.

Beyond his business achievements, Norman cherished time with family. He loved traveling with Delores, his children and their spouses, and his extended family, and hosting events at their home. In his spare time, Norman could often be found tending his yard, growing tomatoes, organizing family photos on the gallery wall of his RV garage, swimming and walking daily, or watching classic westerns. His life was marked by dedication, integrity, and an unwavering love for his family and country.

Norman is survived by his sons Jack Fuller (Glenda) and Chuck Fuller (Kelly); daughters Karen Grist (Jimmie) and Dee Ann Brownlee; thirteen grandchildren; and numerous great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents, siblings, beloved wife Delores, daughter Shannon, and granddaughter Jodie.

Norman's legacy of hard work, devotion to family, and patriotism will live on in the hearts of all who knew him.

The family would like to thank the dedicated caring staff at Edgewood Spring Creek Meridian Assistant Living / Memory Care located in Meridian, ID.

A graveside service will be held on Friday, December 5, at 2:00 p.m. at Meridian Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the Wounded Warrior Project in his honor.
