Patricia Ann Lucas

1926 - 2025

Meridian - Patricia A Lucas was born on April 2, 1926, and passed into eternity on January 22, 2025. Her parents were Nicholas F Lucas and Anna E Lucas of West Allis, Wisconsin and her siblings were Jeanne Garrett, Nicholas Lucas (both deceased) and Norine Kulzy.

Patricia graduated with a BS from Mt Mary College in Milwaukee in 1948. She married Russel Krueger after graduation. Her first child, Erik, was born in 1949. This marriage ended in divorce, and she was remarried to James A Maddox. This marriage, which also ended in divorce, gave her two children, Jeffrey and Pamela. She taught middle school/high school Home Economics in Pemberton, NJ, Philadelphia, PA, Parsippany, NJ and West Allis, WI from 1960 To 1983.

Patricia was devoted to her children and grandchildren. Her son, Erik N Krueger (Cynthia) of Santa Barbara, CA have five children: Amy (Randy) Clark, Elizabeth (Chad) Hughes, Jonathan Krueger (deceased), Christian (Ashely) Krueger, and Joseph (Erica) Krueger. Patricia also enjoyed seven great grandchildren in Erik's family. Her son, Jeffrey R (Kathleen) Maddox of Denver, CO had two children: Christine (Phil) Lynn and Sarah Maddox. Her daughter, Pamela A (Ron) Price of Boise, ID had six children; Jesse (Bonita) Price, Lucas (Shannon) Price, Nicholas (Alyssa) Price, Daniel Price, Emily (Eric) Gaulden and Alexander (Mary Beth) Price. The Price family gave Patricia another twelve great grandchildren.Patricia entrusted herself to Jesus Christ as her Lord and Savior in 1975 and sought to live her life in service to him and others thereafter. A graveside service will be held at Morris Hill Cemetery in Boise, Idaho on January 31 at 11 am.
