This is Connie Brown, a distant cousin, I am the daughter of Bob and Bethene Wagstaff Painter. My Grandma, Isabell Gibson Wagstaff, and Bob's Mom Sarah were more like sisters than an aunt and niece. I have a picture of Granny and Aunt Sar (as Granny called her)in my home.
My Dad, also raced horses and we enjoyed Bob's association many times at the race track! I am sorry I can't bring my Mom up for the viewing and funeral but she has been having health problems lately and is not up to traveling. Please know we thought the world of Bob and certainly do send our love and sympathy! He is in a better place! Love, Connie Brown-West Weber, Utah
