SUZANNE MARK Obituary
Everyone is welcome to gather after the services at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints building located at 224 E Avalon St, Kuna, ID 83634.
Suzanne was the first child born to Dan and Gwen Painter on February 22, 1951, in Huron, SD, Suzanne eventually graduated from Gettysburg High School in 1969.
She moved to Gillette, WY, in 1970, where she met the love of her life, Freeman Mark. They were married on May 12, 1972, in Rapid City, SD and they shared 40 wonderful years of marriage until Freeman's passing in 2012. Suzanne became mom to Freeman's three sons.
She returned to school and earned her B.A. in Elementary Education from Boise State University in 1989, she proudly taught 2nd, 4th, and 5th grades for 24 years in the Nampa and Kuna School Districts.
Suzanne is survived by her sons Richard (Rain) Mark and Shawn (Stephanie) Mark; her mother, Gwen Painter; siblings Rebecca Painter West (Ernie), Sara Painter, Barbara O'Malley, and Daniel "Boone" Painter (Tracy); numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and extended family who considered her a mom.
She was preceded in death by her husband Freeman, son Danny, granddaughter Sandra, and father Daniel L. Painter.
She was a faithful member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.

I was her dog groomer for many years. I was going to pick up her dog and visit with her every six weeks or so. She wasn´t just a client. She was a great friend and I will really miss talking with her. thank you Suzanne for being my friend.
