Winston Emly Obituary
Winston grew up on a farm as one of 32 siblings. His rugged upbringing instilled in him a love of hard work, humor, and faith.
He married Bonnie Mae Hardy on June 26, 1976, and together they built a life in Caldwell, Idaho, raising two children, Kessa and Myron, and later celebrating six grandchildren.
A devoted nurse, Winston worked in the ER, ICU, and nursing homes, where his kindness and patience touched countless lives.
Beyond his career, Winston loved photography, trivia, Scrabble, and serving as an umpire for his church softball league. Winston was a man of deep faith who loved Jesus and his community.
Winston is survived by his wife of 49 years, Bonnie; children, Myron (Amanda) and Kessa (David); grandchildren: Peyton, Paige, Kara, Ivy, Piper, and Eden; and many siblings. He was preceded in death by his parents and several siblings.
A celebration of life will be held Friday, October 17, 2025, at 2:00 PM at Notus Baptist Church. If you knew Winston or his family, and would like to join us for the celebration of life, please do so. Services are in the care of Flahiff Funeral Chapel, Caldwell. (208) 459-0833
