Juanita and I just learned of Bill's passing. We are absolutely heartbroken! Bill was my sergeant with ISP for a few years in Coeur d'Alene. We became good friends and have some very special memories of Bill and Charlotte and the ISP gang boating and camping at Spirit Lake. We are so sad we will not be able to attend his celebration of life. We are out of town this week but we send our love and condolences to your family.
