Garden City, Idaho - Carolyn Jean Johnson of Garden City passed away on Friday, February 9, 2024 at the age of 80.
Carolyn was born on May 4th, 1943 in Dearborn, Michigan, and spent her formative years in the rural Michigan countryside. Carolyn moved with her children to Idaho in 1977 and settled in Boise.
Carolyn is survived by an extended family including her brother William and sister Janet. Children Jon, Leo, Shari, Mary, David, and Lester. Grandchildren Timmothy, Erin, Samantha, London, Jessie, Joe, Nathan, Liberty, and Alexandrea. Great Grandchildren Syd, Wynn, Fern, Ada, Daphne, Braewyn, Sera, Vinny, Samantha, Jace, James, and Maximus. And innumerable close friends from the Boise community.
A Memorial Service will be held at 1 PM Friday, February 23, at Bella Vida Funeral Home on Chinden Blvd.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks donation be made to the Idaho Foodbank in memory of Carolyn Jean Johnson.
