meridian, Idaho - "Michael D. (Coach, Mike, Magnum) Cole, 72 of Meridian, ID passed away June 30, 2022.
Mike was born August 27, 1949 in Brooklyn, Michigan to Max and Fran Cole.
After high school, he married Pat McCord and they had 2 children, Jennifer M. and Joshua M. Cole. Their relationship dissolved years later.
Mike met and married Nora Fogler in August 1998. They lived in Meridian with her two children, Matt and Astra Fogler.
Mike operated Michaels Jewelers from 1976-1983. He then went to work for B&B Electric in Boise, where he stayed until semi-retiring after 35 years.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Max and Fran Cole and his youngest brother, Jeff. He is survived by his wife Nora, his brother Marc and sister, Lori; two children, Jennifer and Joshua; two stepchildren, Matt and Astra; five grandchildren, Will, Boston, Brooklyn, Mitch and Penny, and several nieces and nephews.
Mike will be greatly missed by his family and friends.
An informal remembrance of Mike will be held Saturday July 9, 2022 at 1579 N. Manship Pl., Meridian 83642 from 1-4 pm. All who knew him are invited to stop by and visit with family and friends."
