Don and I went to high school together. I was only in Mountain Home for about a year. My father was in the Air force. Don was a very special friend. Many times we walked the back road from my house to his house. His mom and dad made me feel so welcomed in their home. I still have a fan he gave me. He went hunting with my dad. I have many good memories of him, his family and his farm. Lois Raabe Avery
