Ashes to Ashes, Dusty to Dust.
Dadgummit, Dusty, I had plans to reconnect with you someday. But I thank my lucky stars that you came to Sacramento for a few years back in the '80s. It was great working alongside you. We all knew that you wouldn't be in Sac for long, because you were clearly destined for greater things. You done good, Dustbag.
I love the photo of you. It captures you perfectly and brings a smile to my face.
You may be gone from this world, but you will always have a place in my heart as one of my dearest friends.
Aloha oe.
