Jay F Ferguson "Fergi", age 61 of Caldwell, ID passed away at home on Friday, Aug. 25, 2017. Born June 2, 1956 in Idaho Falls, ID to Gerald & Helen Ferguson. He is survived by his wife LeAnn Scott Ferguson, children Ryan (Nicole) Ferguson, Corey (Wendy) Ferguson, Mandi Sheeter, Jesse (Courtney) Ferguson, Ashley Scott, Jason Ferguson, Adam (Ashley) Creedy, Jenna (Brennan) Littlefield and Tori Scott. Parents, Gerald (Helen) Ferguson, sister Debbie (Rod) Wagner. He is preceded in death by brothers, Jerry, Jim, Dan & John Ferguson. Services will be held Friday, Sept. 1, 2017 at the LDS chapel at 215 S. Third Ave., Marsing, ID. The family will be receiving guests from 11:30am – 1:45pm with services at 2:00pm. I'm so sorry for Families loss! I remember Jay from his younger days! He was a very kind young man...as were all Helen and Garald's children. I know he will be missed by all his loved ones and friends! But he'll still be with you, so give him a "Hey," now and then, plus a big grin when you think about him and all the happy times you shared!

Daddy, I don't even know where to start... this world has lost the sweetest, most gentle, kind, caring, funny, strong man that I have ever known. I will always hold you in my heart, and you will always be on my mind. I am so grateful to have you as my dad. I will miss our many conversations laughing and joking about ridiculous people. You always had an answer to it all. I will truly miss your guidance, and your reassurance that things that were happening to me in my life would shape me into a better person. I am thankful you raised me to be such a hard worker, and to always accomplish my goals. Thank you for being such a wonderful dad, and the best Papa to September. My thoughts are with the family during this difficult time. I hope that the promise in 1 Thessalonians 4:14 can bring comfort. Knowing that there is a hope for our love ones lost in death can be reassuring.
