While I never met Jeff, upon attending his estate sale, I am jealous of his life well lived. I only hope to achieve half his accomplishments, and wish I could have known him in person. I acquired one of his ashtrays, and will think of him when I interact with it, possibly even sharing his story if possible. Well done, sir.

As I reflect on the many great times Jeff and I had together back in high school in Kettering, it focuses on the rapid journey of life, and how quickly time passes. I think of Jeff often. He was one of the most interesting and eclectic people I have ever know, as he attacked life with a zest rarely seen.

I am sorry to hear of Jeff's passing. He was a long distance friend of my Dad's, who passed away in Nov. 2022. My Dad was also a huge tire ashtray collector. I tried looking up Jeff for some advice on what to do with the thousand or so ashtrays I now own. I would've loved to talk to him. Many condolences to Jeff's friends and family, and may he rest with the Lord Jesus Christ, for eternity.

Ii met Jeff thru his work at The Office Aircraft Services. He was the radio inspector that inspected our Helicopters prior to being awarded a contract with the BLM. We found Jeff to be very pleasant to work. As years went by we created a friendship; sharing a common interest in cars and racing. Jeff and I bet each other on NASCAR races for 18years , went to The World of Outlaw races together and spent three days together o a trip to The Bonneville Salt Flats in 2018. Jeff was smart funny and had control of his life till the time he died. I will always remember his story of becoming a member of the 200 miles per hour club and the bowling shirts he was so proud of. I will miss Jeff.

Jeff was the best man in my wedding, 1972 in Kettering, Ohio. We had known each other since high school, and developed a lasting friendship over the decades. May he RIP.
