I've known Joe since kindergarten at Central Grade School in Hoquiam, through Jr. High and High school. Since both our last names started with "P" we were often paired together for sitting next to one another in many classes. Lots of fun memories. What a great guy!

I will love you forever Uncle Joe! I will never forget all the good times and laughs we had. I always looked forward your visits to Washington from when I was a little girl to being an adult. You will truly be missed!

Joe had a big personality, and was a key factor to my joining Beta Theta Pi at the University of Idaho. My thoughts are with my nephews Joe and Michael, his wife Catherine and their son Anthony.
