Karen was such a great role model, inspiration and friend to our family. Thank you Karen. I can single handedly attribute about 15 of my 'unwanted' pounds to Karen's great tasting goodies that she would bring in on Fridays :-), we will never forget your kind & sharing heart Karen! Karen was one of the first people I met when I moved to Boise in '95. I was lucky enough to sit by her at work and she was so knowledgeable and so willing to help and answer questons. Beyond that she was one of the friendliest and most pleasant people I have ever know...always a smile. I will miss her. My thoughts and prayers are with her family.

I have had the pleasure of knowing Karen for 10+ years through work. The smile, the hello, the expectation of good things never failed with Karen. She will be missed. Through her trials here on earth she showed what was know, what she was made of. Know that she is in a better place than in the body she leaves behind...

I feel such sadness for your family. It was a blessing to have Karen touch my life. Karen always had time to visit, listen and share. She was a wonderful friend and I will always remember her beautiful, warm smile.
