Michael A. Wallace
Mike A. Wallace, passed away suddenly on November 15, 2017 at his home in Star. He was born in Detroit, MI on May 8, 1964 to Everett Eugene and Helen Theresa (Schnell) Wallace. Michael earned an Associate's Degree in Mechanics. Mike served in the United States Navy Seabees as a Construction Mechanic. Mike resided in Star, ID and enjoyed fishing, gardening, and working on cars.
Mike is survived in death by his son: Timothy Ray Wallace; nieces: Christine Stumpo, Janis Wallace, Regina Fransik, Katrina Quartz; and nephews: Mark Wallace, Steve Wallace, Tim Steedman, John Steedman; his brother: Lenny Wallace (Karen) and sister: Eleanor Steedman (Jack). He is preceded in death by his parents and his brother Buddy Wallace.
A viewing will be held from 3:00 – 6:00 PM on Sunday, November 26, 2017 at Flahiff Funeral Chapel, 624 Cleveland Blvd., Caldwell; 208-459-0833. A graveside inurnment service with Military Honors will be held at 2:00 PM on Monday, November 27, 2017 at the Idaho State Veteran's Cemetery, 10100 N Horseshoe Bend Rd, Boise. Please visit www.flahifffuneralchapel.com where you can leave a condolence message for his family. The family suggests memorial contributions be made to the Idaho State Veteran's Home, 320 Collins Rd., Boise, ID 83702 for the benefit of it's residents. Please write "Memorial Contribution" in subject line of check.
