Pamela Fischer Obituary
1963-2013
Pamela Fischer, 49 of Meridian passed away on Friday, February 1, at her home. Pamela was a new addition to Idaho, where she has a large family base.
Pam graduated from Bellflower High School and attended Cerritos College and CSULB.
Pamela loved living in Idaho: the four seasons, the outdoors, camping, boating and family gatherings. She was an avid NASCAR Racing Fan. Pam worked as an accountant for Absolute Health Care of Nampa.
Pamela leaves behind her husband Mark; her two sons, Cody and Ryan; her mother, Nadine Salee; father, Alvin Hooper; brother, Ted Hooper; as well as many nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts and uncles.
Pamela was a loving mother, wife, daughter, sister and friend. She is deeply loved and will be greatly missed.
A viewing for family and friends will be held Friday, February 8, 2013 at Summers Funeral Home, Ustick Chapel, 3629 E. Ustick Rd., Meridian from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. and one hour prior to the funeral services at the church. Funeral services will be held Saturday, February 9, 2013 at 11:00 a.m. at Cloverdale Church of God, 3755 S. Cloverdale Rd., Meridian. Interment will be in Dry Creek Cemetery.

Still so hard to believe. Lots of school memories with this crazy, fun loving gal. She always had a smile on her face and that laugh just made everyone laugh. Pam you will be missed by so many. My heart goes out to your family. You are now that special guardian angel that will watch over your boys and everyone else whom you have touched in your life. I will never forget the teachers always messing up our names. Hooper and Hopper. We really had fun confusing the teachers back in the day.

I also attended BHS and went to Cerritos College and graduated from Cal State Long Beach. I graduated one year after Pamela. My heart goes out to the family and I pray for your comfort at this time.

May you find peace in the love of family...and strength in the caring words of friends. Although it is difficult to understand why someone so young and vibrant was taken away. May you also find comfort from the memories you all shared with her. Pam's memory will live on in the hearts of those who had the pleasure of simply knowing her and calling her Mom, wife, sister, sister-in-law, daughter, cousin, and simply a dear friend. I was very sad to hear of Pam's passing this past weekend. It is truly unbelievable to me that she is gone. She was a generous friend to many and very full of life. I don't understand why God wants us when he does, but I pray for her peace and pray for her family as they make life without her. She will be missed and I will miss her. You will remain in my heart.
