Nampa, Idaho - Richard J Bloom was born on August 18, 1962 in Nampa, Idaho. He attended Nampa High School where he graduated in 1981. He worked for many years at Micron and MPC.
Richard was an avid fan of Boise State University, frequently attending football and basketball games. He was a fan of all classic rock music, with Styx being his all time favorite band. He had a 1971 Nova SS that he has loved since he was 16-years-old. He was also a huge fan of WWE. He loved spending the holidays with his kids by playing board games and eating home cooked meals he learned on the food network.
Richard passed away on September 30, 2022. He is survived by his children, Derek Bloom of Caldwell, Katelyn Doronio and Ka'eo Doronio of Nampa and grandson Ikaika Doronio. Brothers David Bloom and Kellie Bloom of Nampa, Dan Bloom and Heather Bloom of Nampa and nephew Dylan Bloom. His parents Sherry Bloom and Richard H. Bloom of Nampa.
Richard will be remembered as his children's best friend and free spirit. He would help anyone with the drop of a hat. Richard will forever be in our hearts.

I will always remember Dick Bloom I worked with him at McDonald along side as managers. We share many great times outside of work. Laugh, listen to music. Sharing that part of my life with him was great. I miss him knowing he´s not around. Happy to have know such a sweet friend of my youth.
