I was looking around and found this guest book and wanted to say to all my cousins that we sure miss Uncle Roy here in Oklahoma. I have never laughed so hard as I did when I heard him tell the story about his new set of cloths. By the way I don't no if he ever told you kids or not but we're not kin to RD Mercer, you know the guy on the radio.
God Bless y'all and God Bless Uncle Roy.
Your cousin in Oklahoma. (Belford)

Dear Jo and family, it is so hard to know what to say to comfort you all. Roy will be missed and I know that you all will have a hole in your lives that Uncle Roy alone can fill. But know that the part of him that touched your hearts will never leave you. Much love and prayers for all of you.

Jo & Family,
I was so sorry to here about Roy. Although our families did not spend much time together, I always had a warm spot in my heart for Uncle Roy. I remember him showing me how to twirl a rope, not that I could ever do it.
Our Love and prayers, Dennis & Chris

Jo, my sympathies are with you and the kids. I remember as a child at Uncle Darrell's or down at your place and Roy was always so cheerful. I also remember being at your house as a little girl and burning a hole in my outfit from fireworks! Love to all of you. Lisa Alger (Flechtner)

While it was many years ago, we still treasure memories of Roy & Jo's hospitality at their cabin at Warm Lake. We wish the best to all of the Irons family. Deb
