Sally Sabino Obituary

Sally Cathline Sabino
March 16, 1945 - February 27, 2022
Boise, Idaho - Sally Cathline Witt-Loyd Sabino was born in San Francisco, California on March 16th, 1945. She was raised and educated in Albuquerque, New Mexico. She graduated from Highland High School. While in high school, she was a graduate and model of Flair Modeling School (Irene Good Agency of New York). Sally was also a member of the national Thespian Society, where she participated in several plays and worked backstage as makeup chairman.
After graduating from ACME Business Machine School she married Robert Sabino on August 22,1964. They were stationed in Hawaii for two years. Upon returning to Albuquerque she joined as bookkeeper in Sabino Food Center grocery store. During her time in Texas she was a member of leadership of San Angelo, Texas, Chamber of Commerce; later serving as chairperson for the same committee. She was also the President of Women's Welcome Committee for the city of San Angelo for five years.
In Texas and later in Boise, Idaho she was a partner and administrator for twenty years with her husband in Dale Carnegie Training. On the Miss Boise Contest for Miss America Board, Sally was in charge of makeup for two years of pageants. Sally was also elected as Vice President for Executive Women International. This lead Sally into joining Mary Kay Cosmetics as a consultant in November 1993 which she continued for thirty years. In 1994 she became a member of The Daughters of the Nile Temple No, 40 - Boise, ID.
During her lifetime, Sally has been a dreamer of many areas of her world. Always positive and smiling no matter what the outcome. Her rewarding hobby was being with people, encouraging them with her smile, help and sunshine. She enjoyed her rose gardens in each home. She was an expert seamstress in early times, making her husband silk lined suits and her young son's clothes. Most of all she was a constant loving companion to her husband and a loving mother, grandmother and friend to all who knew her.
Services are being held on March 19th, 2022 at 1:00pm, at The First Presbyterian Church located at 950 W. State, Boise, Idaho. In lieu of flowers the family is requesting donations be made in Sally's name to Daughters of the Nile Temple No. 40 (for Shriners' children, Recorder, P.O.
