Terrea Kienlen

Terrea ÒTerryÓ Kienlen, 53, of Boise, formerly of Gooding and Twin Falls, passed away suddenly on Feb. 19, 2007 at her home. She was born April 12, 1953 in Soda Springs, Idaho, the daughter of G.A. Johnston and Cora Faye Mink-McKee. She was raised in Soda Springs and Gooding, Idaho, and graduated from Gooding High School in 1971. She met Jon Kienlen at Alturas Lake and they were married Feb. 28, 1987 in Buhl, Idaho. Terry spent most of her working life as a telephone operator. She loved the great outdoors and enjoyed skiing, fishing and her flower garden. Terry had an infectious smile and never knew a stranger. Mostly, she loved her family and friends and enjoyed spending time with them. She will be remembered for her kind and happy personality. Terry is survived by her husband, Jon Kienlen of Boise, her children, Sam Magaw and Alisha Kienlen also of Boise. She is also survived by her brother and sisters, Lonnie (Janet) Johnston of Twin Falls, Cheryl (Ace) Allen of Caldwell and Sally Johnston of Boise; three grandchildren, her mother-in-law Mary Kienlen of Buhl and many extended family members and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents and her father-in-law. A funeral service will be conducted at 1 p.m., Saturday Feb. 24, 2007 in the Gooding LDS Chapel, 1228 Main Street, Gooding, Idaho. Family and friends may call one hour prior to the services. Interment will follow in the Elmwood Cemetery in Gooding.
