Charles Piper Obituary
77, of Navarre, died Monday, July 21, 2014, at Aultman Hospital in Canton. He was born in Massillon on April 16, 1937, to the late Carl M. and Philomena (Bamberger) Piper; and retired from the Norfolk and Western Railroad. He had served in the Ohio Army National Guard and was a 50 year member of the Clinton Lodge F&AM in Massillon and the Brewster Moose.
He is survived by children: Kathy (Ken) McCaulley of Louisville, Carl Piper of Navarre and Cathy (Chris) Lally of Chester, Va.; grandchildren: Ben, Keith, Kayla, Garrett, Dylan and Braeden; a sister, Phyllis (Clinton) Wade of Navarre; and nephews, David and Tim Wade.
Following his wishes cremation has taken place and there will be no services. Spidell Funeral Home in Brewster is handling the arrangements. A memorial website has been created by the funeral home and may be accessed at:
