Bobby Anthony Obituary
ROYSTON, GA - Rev. Bobby L. Anthony, 72, of 336 Woodland Manor, Royston, Ga. died Saturday, November 14, 2009 at the Athens Regional Medical Center in Athens, Ga.
Rev. Anthony was born in Jackson County, Ga., December 03, 1936, son of the late Olin M. and Ruby Wills Anthony. He was a Methodist Minister and currently was serving as currently Pastor of the Bowman United Methodist Church. He was a member of the North Georgia United Methodist Church Conference and formerly served on various Civic Organizations.
Survivors Include: Wife: Jerry Maddox Anthony Royston, Ga.; Daughter and Son-in-Law: Lisa and Ken Simmering Conyers, Ga.; Son: Matt and Sandra Anthony Royston, Ga.; Granddaughter: Michelle Leach; Brother; William L Anthony Winterville, Ga.
Preceded in death by: (1) Daughter - Laurie Anthony
Memorial Services for Rev. Anthony will be at 3:00 p.m., Sunday, November 22, 2009 at the Royston First United Methodist Church with Mr. Vernon Boswell, Rev. Mac Enfinger and Dr. Gary Whetstone officiating. Burial will follow in the Rose Hill Cemetery in Royston, Ga.
The family will receive friends from 4-7 p.m. Saturday Evening at the Pruitt Funeral Home in Royston, Ga. The family is at the home.
Flowers are Optional- Memorials may be made to the Royston First United Methodist Church, the Bowman United Methodist Church and the Royston Animal Hospital.
Pruitt Funeral Home in Royston, Ga. is in charge of arrangements.

So sorry for the loss of your dear loved one. At this time it's hard to really understand the loss of your family member, but on an encouraging note.
(Isaiah 41:9-10) . . .. 10 Do not be afraid, for I am with you. Do not gaze about, for I am your God. I will fortify you. I will really help you. I will really keep fast hold of you with my right hand of righteousness.’
