Hayden King Obituary
Easley, SC
Hayden Wesley King, 9, passed away Thursday, July 13, 2017.
Born in Greenville, he was the son of James Nathan King and the late Jessica Leigh Edens.
Hayden was a rising fourth grade student at Forest Acres Elementary School in Easley.
Survivors include his father, Nate King; sister, Hayley Jayden King; brother, Winston Cohan Wiles; paternal grandmother, Brenda King; maternal grandparents, Leslie and Mike Mitchell; and his aunt, Dyan Knighten.
He was a brother to the late Harper Edens and was preceded in death by his uncle, Wesley Vincent King.
Funeral services will be held at 3 p.m. Monday, July 17, at Sullivan-King Mortuary Chapel conducted by Dr. David Blizzard. Burial will follow in Greenville Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends from 1 until 3 p.m. Monday at the mortuary.
Flowers are optional; memorials may be made to the Ronald McDonald House Charities of the Carolinas, 706 Grove Road, Greenville, SC 29605.

I cannot even begin to know your pain. I am so sorry for your loss. I didn't know him but I know a lot of teachers at Forest Acres and they are all devastated. He was a precious boy and he is now in heaven with his precious sister. Praying for you and your family.

I want to extend to each of you my and my family's deepest sympathy in your loss. My heart breaks for you. My granddaughter, Natalie, was a classmate of Hayden's. When Hayden was in second grade, I volunteered a lot in Mrs. Barner's classroom and often read w each student which is when I met and began to get to know Hayden! He was such a joy to get to know - so pleasant, well-mannered, and never without his beautiful smile. I am so very sorry that his life was taken in such a tragic situation. Our family holds each of you in our prayers. May God give you strength and courage and comfort you as only He can. May God bring peace to each of you.
