As with any loved one's passing, words of comfort are hard to express. With the focus of Iber Neal's community service in the spotlight, I hope that you realize the inspiration he was, to all those who knew him, outside of community events. I am proud that I had the chance for him to teach me the importance of family and friends. Not only did he provide tremendous service to the town of Iva, he also served as a mentor to his family and friends. Iber Neal taught me that success is not always measured by financial means and glory. Being a leader in his family was Iber Neal's greatest accomplishment. This is proven by the dedication and love that his family shows; to each other and everyone they know. I hope you all find comfort in knowing that he will be remembered not only as a community leader, but as a caring father, grandfather, and friend.
