Jennifer Jane Tessier, 54, of Donalds, wife of Dale C. Tessier, died Thursday, April 13, 2017 at her residence. She was born in Richford, VT to the late Norbert and Katherine Wing Bergeron.

Jennifer, co-owner of Tessier Dairy Farm for the past 26 years, was affectionately known as "Moo-ma" by her beloved grandchildren. She lived life to the fullest and most enjoyed spending time with her family, riding horses and being outside on her beautiful farm. Jennifer was a parishioner of Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Abbeville.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her sister and brother-in-law, Jilda Jo Vermillion and her husband, Danny and niece, Courtney Jo McGaha.

Jennifer is survived by her husband of 35 years of the home; their children, Matthew Paul Tessier, Jaime Jane Tessier, Shannon Marie Tessier and her husband, Chris Miller, Katie Jo Tessier, Kailey Leah Tessier and her fiance Mac Anderson and Abigail Juliette Tessier, all of Donalds; three grandchildren, Jaidynn Aleah, Charli Dale, and Zane Diesel, and her sister Polly Gendron and her husband, Leo of Greenwood.

The family will receive friends Monday, April 17, 2017 from 3:00PM to 7:00PM at Harris Funeral Home in Abbeville, SC. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held 12:00 Noon, Tuesday, April 18, 2017 at Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Church in Greenwood, SC with the Rev. Father Robert J. Sayer officiating.

Memorial contributions, in memory of Jennifer, may be sent to the Abbeville County 4-H, PO Box 640, Abbeville, SC 29620 to benefit the Tessier Scholarship for the Abbeville County Youth Dairy Cattle Show.
