My deepest sympathy to Mr. Parnell's son's and family. Mr. Parnell was a kind man whom I met through working at DSS temporarily many years ago. My mother Mary Alice also worked with Joel and his wife Susan at DSS and she thought the world of both of them. My prayers are with you.
