Dear Cousin Betty and Beverly, I am sorry to hear about the passing of Doc. He was one of my favorite people and a great inspiration in my life. We enjoyed more than a few times hunting rabbits. Never forget the good times at Corinth. A great pastor and preacher. May the Holy Spirit comfort your hearts until we meet again. Your cousin Alan

We are heartbroken to hear about Preacher Honea. He was kind, loving, and NON-judgmental.Betty I am so sorry for your loss and the loss of your family. I noticed he died exactly 3 months after mother and he preached her funeral. I can imagine her excitement when she sees him in heaven because, as you know, she loved both of you very much.

Preacher Honea was a wonderful man. He lead me to the Lord and baptised me. He later married me and preached my first born's funeral. He was there for me in a very difficult time in my life. I was very young when he came into my life and he made an impact that lasted a lifetime. I know if joey were still living he would say the same.
