To the family of Jules: I remember most of my life his infectious compassion , caring and dedication to Boy Scouts and his hard work in leadership on the Narragansett Council Board of Directors for the Boy Scouts of American. He worked tirelessly in creating an exceptional program in Judaism for Scouts at Camp Yawgoog and his leadership skills helped to make both the BSA and Camp Yawgoog a great success in local, regional, national and even international scouting..He and the late Stanley Turco were like two peas in a pod; Jules worked basin giving, caring and building better lives for Scouts. It was an honor and privilege to know this generous man with such a big heart.

Grandpa Jules is how we will remember you and the beautiful wooden chest you made for Jayden when he was a baby! You and Dee are such wonderful and generous people and it saddens me life has gotten so hectic over the past few years. Jules you will always be in our hearts. . All the wonderful times Jayden rode your John Deer, the flower shows, my native plants transplanted from your yard to mine, to much to mention. I wish peace for you and your family. So much love to you all Donna Joaquim xxoo

Jules was my husband, Richard, best friend. They shared many days of golf and gardening. May they continue their friendship now both in the afterlife.
