Robert Eustace Obituary
Born in Greenwood, he was a son of the late Carl Eustace and Janie Louise Minor Eustace. He received his associate degree in criminal justice and entered law enforcement with the Greenwood City Police Department, retiring in 1981. Bobby was a US Marine veteran, where he served during the Korean Conflict as a part of the Chosin Few. He was a member of Lodge #358 A.F.M and the Greenwood Hejaz Shrine Club. Bobby was a loving husband and father who loved singing and his Clemson Tigers.
He is survived by his four sons, Robert "Bob" Leon Eustace, Jr., Carl Ben Eustace (Lynn), Brian Keith Eustace, and Johnny Eugene Eustace (Lois); grandchildren, Jennifer McDowell, Ryan Eustace, Shaun Eustace, Scott Eustace, Carlynn Eustace, Alan Morse, Lance Morse, Kayla Marie Cookery, Krista Mercedes Eustace, Brian Keith Eustace, Jr., Kacie Mobley, Cortney Casey, Emmalee Eustace, and Gaines Eustace; and fourteen great grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his siblings, David Jason Eustace, Billie Eugene Eustace, and Betty Eustace Gresham and two grandchildren, Robin Eustace and April Michelle Eustace.
Services will be held at 12:00 p.m. on Wednesday at the Harley Funeral Home chapel. Entombment will follow at Greenwood Memorial Gardens Mausoleum.
The family will receive friends before the service from 11:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
Memorials may be made to Hospice and Palliative Care of the Piedmont, 408 W Alexander Avenue, Greenwood, SC 29646.
The family will be at the family home, 323 W. Scotch Cross Road, Greenwood, SC 29646.
