Arneva Hendrickson Obituary
84, Indianapolis, transitioned to eternal life on July 12, 2017. A member of St. Luke Missionary Baptist Church and its Mother's Board, she had worked at Glass Container and North Central High School.
On Saturday, July 22, at 12 p.m., there will be a Celebration of Life Service, with visitation from 10 a.m. until 12pm at St. Luke Missionary Baptist Church, 5325 East 30th Street. Interment will be Sunday, July 23, at Haven Hill Cemetery, Columbia, Kentucky. She was united marriage to William R. Hendrickson on August 4, 1956 and they were separated only by his death on November 20, 2015.
She leaves their son and daughters, Kenneth R. Hendrickson; daughters, Theresa A. (Allen) Cornett, Connie S. Thompson and Martha A. and Sharon D. Hendrickson; siblings, Naomi Mills, Pearline Mason, Veachel (Joseph) Hendrickson, Herman (Eva) Yates, and Emmaerline (Bernard) Hardin; 8 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren.

I probably would have never known Arneva had I not asked to meet the North Central Cafeteria employee who made such a variety of wonderful salads. She helped make this teacher's thirty minute lunch break a pleasurable experience.
Arnica was a delightful and very gentle person.
