Blair Wingert Obituary
45, of Indianapolis, passed away on October 8, 2016. He is gone to be with his Savior and Father in Heaven.
Born June 14, 1971 in Indianapolis, he was a 1989 Center Grove graduate and he attended the University of Indianapolis where he played baseball. He worked as a journeyman carpenter, out of local 60 for 20 years. He enjoyed singing and composing music, from New Age Techno to Gospel. He was also an avid movie buff and loved weightlifting.
Survivors include his children, Alexis, Madison and Cameron Wingert; his mother, Deborah Wingert; sister, Amy Wingert Roth (Ryan); brother, Chris Wingert; grandson, Hadrian Strain; niece and nephew, Marie and Mark Wingert; mother of his children, Stephanie Csaszar and many aunts, uncles and cousins. He was preceded in death by his father Bruce Wingert, grandparents, John and Marie Mayhorn and William and Janet Hahnlen.
Visitation: Wednesday, Oct. 12, 2016 from 4 - 8:00 p.m. at G. H. Herrmann Greenwood Funeral Home at The Gardens at Olive Branch, 1605 S. State Rd 135, Greenwood, IN 46143. The funeral will be at 1:00 p.m. on Thursday, Oct. 13 at the funeral home.
Memorial contributions may be made to the college fund for his children, c/o, Deborah Wingert, 1807 Garden Ridge Drive, Apt. #1, Toledo,Ohio 43614.

Blair was a very nice person whom I went to school with and condolences go out to his family during this difficult time. May you find joy in knowing that as a young man he was well liked and smiling often.

I was very saddened to hear this news. I hadn't seen Blair in many years, but he was a good friend and I will miss him. My prayers go out to all of his family in this painful time.
